I bought this chair because I needed a higher chair. I knew I would need to assemble it when it arrived; but I expected that it would include assembly instructions for the actual product I received. It came with instructions for a different model chair. I tried my best but it did not work out. I asked them to send the correct instructions but they sent another copy of the same one that was in the box.

The back of the chair kept flopping back and forth. There was no way to adjust it. I told them that the warranty said that I was to be completely satisfied or I could get my money back. So i told them again I was not happy. They then sent a three page email of 27 steps to try to assemble it including some off label modifications.

Then they accused me of having buyer's remorse for not liking their crappy product! I told them that I was not interested in a jury-rigged product. They refused to give me my money back. I had to get Amazon to intervene on my behalf. The vendor is called FURNITURE CREW. Avoid them like the plague!!!

Finally, they said they would only take it back if I completely dissassembled it and put it back in the same box it was shipped to me in. That sounds easier than it is. When you push the parts of the shaft of the chair together, they are made in a way so they won't come apart easily (I guess for safety reasons). I told them in our exchange of emails that I was not physically strong enough to pull it apart; but they said it must be completely apart to get my refund. So I had to hire a "Handy-Man" to come and take it apart. Once that was done, I contacted Furniture Crew yet again to say it was now completely apart so would they NOW finally send me the return authorization forms. I waited several days before they sent me an email saying that they figured it would cost them more to ship it back to them than the chair was worth; so I was instructed to donate the chair or throw it away!! Remember, I had to PAY someone to take it apart. This whole experience was most distasteful :-(
