My high-tech daughter laughed at me when I bought this Epson WF-2520 as a replacement for my beloved Lexmark X4250, which I had used since 2004. She was shocked that I had actually bought a 'new' all-in-one printer, but then she made fun of me because she didn't believe that something that cost so little could possibly be what I wanted or needed. She could not have been more wrong!! The printer is unbelievably easy to install!! The instructions are so simple a caveman could read them! Then, there are onscreen prompts that make the later steps very simple to perform. From box to test print was maybe 10 minutes tops. I was impressed. The only trouble I had was pulling off all of the (bright) blue pieces of tape that keep the machine from moving around during shipping. I am glad they were there, and the blue color of the tape was easy to find, but there were a couple that were kinda hard to access. But I truly am impressed with the performance! The print quality is excellent, the color copying is true, and the tiny size of the machine is impressive for all that it does. For someone needing multiple copies at high speeds, this is NOT the machine to buy, but for regular home use, it is perfect! The best feature for me is the flat screen for copying things like textbook pages or plastic-laminated drivers licenses. My other machine didn't have the flat screen, so I had to pay to copy my passport and D/L at a UPS store.
For the price, you can't beat this little workhorse!!!
