Combination Fire Safe in Gunmetal Gray Review

The safe, which is obviously heavy, was extremely poorly packaged (box with no foam or cushioning). The box had to be cut away in order to remove the safe (too heavy to lift out). Once opened I was able to see extensive dents and
crinkled metal at the top left front corner and side. I took pictures and forwarded those images along with a letter to the supplier, Shoplet.com two weeks ago. I still not have heard from Shoplet and do not know how to proceed. It is too heavy to box up and ship back. Since both Shoplet and myself are in NYC I have asked them about a return, pickup, exchange or price adjustment. It would be nice if they acted on my request. So far I am very dissatisfied with the product, the procedure and Shoplet.com!
