I had to have it! My new office was based around it. It is truely a very pretty chair in person...looks exactly like the picture. The seat cushion was nicer than I thought it would be too...that was awesome! You do need a pillow if you sit in it for long periods of time as the back has no give and will hurt the bottom of your shoulder blades after a while. It also makes clicking noises when you rock back in fourth. It arrived on time and no damage. The assembly is easy once you figure out what the directions are trying to say. The print is very small and hard to read with 20/20 vision. Id give it 4.5 stars if I could and if it didnt make that clicky sound. Not much you can do about the give in the back for comfort...you buy it for the style and quality (which is also good...so far).
