Metro Brushed Steel Torchiere Floor Lamp Review

This lamp is fairly bright and the light disperses nicely. You can feel the quality of the brushed steel upon assembly which is quite nice. It can only house 1 light bulb, which we choose to use a 100w bulb and it can dim accordingly instead of relying on a 50/100/150w bulb. There is a fire warning label which is another reason we did not use the max 150w bulb.

The reasons I did not give it a 5 star rating is because 1) the item stated the shade was made of glass but in reality it is plastic 2) the cord between the lamp and the connecting unit was too long and it was difficult in snaking the wire into the shaft. Lastly, the items was packaged in styrofoam and be forewarned, it will get all over your floors. Luckily our roomba was able to clean up the mess.

Overall, I'm quite happy with this product.
