I got this brief case about 10 years ago as a gift. It finally wore out after daily use -- very hard use (I am tough on them). I couldn't imagine not having the same one, so I tracked the same kind down and got another one to replace it and I'm thrilled. It holds a laptop very well, and cushioned, and has plenty of room for books and other papers in the other large and expandable main compartment. Other zipper pockets are included for miscellaneous items. Great for a professor. Get this one, you will not be disappointed!
