This case is presented as being of 100% leather, it is not. The front and back are indeed good quality leather but the 'gusset panels' between the front and back (including the bottom where the case sits on the floor) are made from PU (plastic coated fabric).
The construction and materials have been confirmed to me in writing by McKlein (who have been very responsive) however Macys have not returned any of my communications except an automated reply to state that I will get a reply shortly (still waiting after 3 days).

I purchased this case under the impression that it was good value for a 100% leather bag (reduced from $260) however I have been highly disappointed, not only ion the quality of the bag but in the exceptionally poor customer response from Macys, which has been non-existant.
