The chair looks great in person. It's very professional.

The downside is the instructions leaving important things out like how to use the flat and lock washers that come in the kit of screws. Not everyone knows that. I did some research on line and found that the flat washer protects the wood from the head of the bolt (no nuts used in this assembly) and the lock washer goes between the bolt head and the flat washer.

Be ware, the bolts and screws are low quality and strip easily even though they are hex-head. I had to replace one.

I do like them and think they are a good value price-wise.
