Shipping was insanely fast. Easy and quick to assemble. No tools needed. Very comfortable (I am 6' 2" tall). The arm rests are a bit snug for me, even when adjusted outward, but that is because I am a very big guy. Most people should not have a problem with them. Great back support. Cushion is thicker than most chairs, and my butt appreciates that. Highly recommended!
