I purchased this chair to replace his weird, old, falling apart faux leather chair. The instructions for this chair were simple and as clear as crystal, came with all parts, including extra spare parts. The chair itself was easy to put together although we did have a bit of difficulty getting the arms attached to the back of the chair--nothing several attempts didn't fix. One person can put this chair to together with little to no difficulty.

My main goal was to find a really comfortable, couch-like fabric chair. Since this is the Internet, I wasn't able to sit in them like I would if I visited a local office supply store, so I had to go by pictures. My local office supply stores are lacking in the high-back fabric executive chairs department. Of the hundreds of pictures of chairs that I've seen, this chair's picture looks the most comfortable in this price-range.

The headrest section of the high-back is not as padded as it appears to be. The fabric could accommodate more stuffing. It's a little flat for our liking but overall, the chair is quite comfortable--a lot more comfortable than my chair at work. The fabric is a very black, corduroy-type material. The chair accommodates 250 lbs so the seat accommodates the size of a 250 lb butt. I am 5'5" and I can cross my legs comfortably. In addition to a standard tilt-lock, there's also a tilt tension knob on the bottom of the chair, which allows you to toggle how much leaning-back pressure is required to lean the chair back fully.

All in all, it's a good buy for us. It fits our needs almost perfectly, although we wish it was a bit more stuffed. I will update if we run into an issues.
