The cart is very well built and sturdy - except for the casters which allow the cart to roll. The casters have a threaded stem which is too small in diameter and they screw into a flimsy mounting. Within a week, one caster had collapsed - stopping the cart from rolling. I ordered replacement threaded casters from another company but when I started to replace the first caster, I found that two other casters were barely holding in place. The socket the casters screw into is a nut which is spot welded to a very flimsy inner support.

The frame of the cart seems to be quite sturdy - but the poor design of the casters and their mounts mean that the cart cannot be rolled without the casters collapsing.

When the casters broke, the cart was filled with less than 30 pounds of folders/files. The cart was used on a level, carpeted office floor.
