Order was received within 2 business days. It arrived exactly as described. I have model CLP-620ND, followed the instruction exactly for the first cartridge; attempting to empty remaining toner in the cartridge (I really do not think this step is necessary because it creates a mess which you must clean up) and then clipping out the plastic surrounding the chip only to discover this step is not necessary as the replacement fits over the existing chip. So I did not empty any more toner nor clip away any more plastic from the remaining cartridges. Everything is working perfectly. Be sure to shake the toner bottles thoroughly before attempting to refill, it makes the toner flow more freely into the cartridge. With 2 to 3 recommended refills the savings is considerable.
