I bought this to use as an exercise mat for doing cardio. I work out on hard wood floors and have some knee and back issues. Most of the exercise mats out there are more for doing floor work and not really large enough for cardio. This has worked out perfectly and I can really tell a difference in my joints. The edges are beveled so you don't have to worry about tripping if you get off of it plus the yellow lines remind you of where the edge is at all times. It really bounces back if you jump and it takes impact. It is easy to roll up and move out of the way. It is also heavy enough to where I don't feel like it will slide on the floor when I move or run on it. I am very happy with it and I will definitely buy another one when this one wears out.
