I've bought so many office chairs for my computer desk that I should be an expert at reviewing them but unfortunately I'm not. :) Anyway I have 2 very active boys (aged 11 & 7) and between them both my chairs never seem to last 6 months thus the reason for buying them over and over. After buying a rather cheap one from Office Max and having that one last approximately 4 months I decided to check out Amazon and get one from here. This was a rather expensive buy but the description and looks of it was what sold me. I must state that the chair can be assembled using 2 different heights. The original look of the chair that's pictured was too high for my desk so we had to assemble it leaving the silver metal ring off and that lowered the chair.

The chair seems pretty stable and sturdy and my 6'5" tall husband weighing over 200lbs fits comfortably in it. Although the back part of the chair is mesh it's also very sturdy and you don't feel as though you'll fall backwards sitting in it. Just how long this chair will last depends on my sons.
