The light isn't bad. For the money I suppose it is not terrible, but the quality is honestly not all that great. The materials are in between cheap and quality - with one exception. The vertical post is shipped in several pieces, and the machining for where they join is very very cheap and of poor quality. For all practical purposes it is a compression fit rather than being well machined threads, and I was not happy with that part. I would not consider purchasing another one of these, but they are not bad enough to send it back. I have bought far higher quality lights for less.
