Shipping was weird, they said it had been shipped but UPS said no. 4 days later finally shipped. They sent 5 extra crystals because they break easily. Mine had 9 broke,I fixed the ones I could and put the rest to the back so no one would see broken ones. Looks really pretty over my wrap around couch!
