Aitoh Screw Punch Bookbinding Tool Review

This is a great hole-making tool and I use it for all my bookbinding projects. No complaints about the results. Holes are neat with clean edges.

I do have two criticisms, however.
1) Paper and cardstock can sometimes get jammed in the cutting bit, instead of funnelling through the punch to be shaken out in the middle. I usually have to poke the waste paper through the bit hole with a pencil, or the punch will jam and I can't make any more holes.
2) The included bit — 3mm — is too large for my purposes. I would have much preferred the 1mm bit, and I think customers should be able to choose which size bit they want with the tool. The 1mm bit costs around $20 including shipping here on Amazon and around the internet, almost 2/3's the price of the tool itself.
