We discovered this chair while staying at the Country Inn and Suites in Bel Air MD. My wife thought it was the best and most comfortable computer chair she had ever used. I liked it as well so when we got home we ordered two of them. My wife still loves hers and would definitely give it 5 stars. I like it as well but would probably rate it as 4 stars because I am taller than her and it isn't as comfortable for me. However,it replaced an overstuffed computer chair that had an annoying squeak so I am happy with it as well. There are many adjustments to the lumbar and the tension is very adjustable.
