Upon opening the product, discovered may parts were bouncing around in the box, primarily the small circuit boards you need to replace. It appears each circuit board was supposed to be in an anti-static bag, but the bags were not sealed / tapped, and looked like they were just sections cut from other bags and not designed for the boards. Anyway, they were just loose in the package.

Have replaced three of the four cartidges w/ new toner. Thoughts:

Pros:
- Pages seem to print fine
- Less expensive (assuming they continue to work) than new cartridges
- Not too difficult to replace (allow 5-10 minutes)

Cons:
- Loose parts
- Toner can "spray" making a mess
- Instructions could be improved, especially noting each circuit board goes w/ specific color cartridge

Recommendations:
- _USE_ the included gloves
- Put a rag towel/sheet down under where you are working to keep spray from getting over things
- Get the parts you need out (1 toner refile, _correct_ board, etc) and move everything else
- Gently refill toner - there is a subtle skill to not squeeze the refill bottle to hard and spray

Since my boards were not labelled, I had to contact support. They responded within 24 hours, which is a positive.
