They shipped me the lamp with two broken shades. When I emailed them to get replacements, I didn't get an answer. So I put the lamp together with two similar shades from an old lamp. Then I noticed that the goosenecks were not stiff enough to hold up the shades, so I decided to send it back.
The company wants me to pay shipping and handling, to ship back their broken and poor quality lamp. Amazon shouldn't deal with this company
